Jury Duty

So, the Judge asked if anybody was biased regarding the lawyers so I went honest and said “their office, their coroner and the former State Attorney who is now the Mayor helped Cañon City cover up the murder of John Walter, and I can’t believe anything these guys say”. I omitted the image I have of them with a 3 pound sledge hammer buried in each of their smug lying faces. Not that I would do that to them.  It’s just an entertaining whimsy.  And I didn’t even call them fascist pigs. I’m proud of myself.

  1. Brother Jonah I love you for going honest and am not going to ask who John Walter is. I just can’t take anymore at the moment. See post on the July 31 article above please

  2. first I had no intention of “getting out of” jury duty. I would have probably voted not guilty regardless. John Walter was a friend of mine. He was murdered by the Fremont County jail staff in 2014. The El Paso Co. “legal’ establishment covered it up for more than a year and a half. Coroner, Prosecutor, sheriff department investigators, our illustrious Mayor Suthers was at the time State Attorney General, the corporation providing “medical care” has contracts across American prison system, including county jails, ICE, Halfway Houses, probably Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, Khandahar, you know, Torture Centers/concentration/extermination camps. They also facilitated the murder and cover-up of Marvin Booker.

Pigs cover each other’s ass in a knee-jerk conditioned reflex. The system is corrupt and everybody knows it. I don’t remember the name of the judge. They all look alike to me. They prep the jurors with a one-size-fits-all spiel about American Soldiers laying down their lives to give us the right to an impartial trial by jury, and that even the Revolution was all about Due Process. Which is bullshit. The Revolution was a result of a previous war, the 7 Years War, only in the U.S. we’re brainwashed to call it the French and Indian Wars. Winston Churchill described it as the first actually World War. The Colonies and the Militias thereof, of all the European invaders who claimed the rights to just take any land and other resources for their respective Kings. And the rich investors. With corresponding issues like slavery. King George III had gotten a partial emancipation proclamation 87 years before Lincoln’s, and the Tories of all people were working a full emancipation. The one already in effect would have made it illegal to have people born into slavery nor to import people into the British realms. It would end slavery in one generation.

Then there is the issue of the British treaties with the First People tribes/Sovereign Nations, again, the U.S. finalized Native Sovereignty on the pitifully inadequate Reservations which were actually Prisoner Of War prisons. Pine Creek is still officially designated as such. And the U.S. Army, not congress or the judicial branch, has the privilege of limiting Sovereignty at the whim of whatever dictatorial President. The British were actually trying to honor the treaties, any place that was not in the limits of the established colonies in what is now the U.S. and Canada, Bahamas and Bermuda, was Off Limits. It’s in the preamble of the Declaration of Independence, which was a couple of years AFTER the colonials forfeited Due Process by stealing military munitions, firing on the British soldiers sent to retrieve them, and in all of that time the British STILL had jury trials. Go figure, eh? Daniel Boone and his illegal alien heavily armed invaders was occupation of American Sovereign Lands. Mostly the Iroquois, Shawnee and Five Nations lands. Davy Crockett was an Anchor Baby.

Exactly where and how did the invasions and occupations starting with the Roanoke Colony, 1585… up to the occupation of South VietNam, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc etc etc.. how did any of those illegal wars become “giving Americans the right to a Jury”?

Jury trials were part of the Greek and Roman systems, further back in other empires. The English King who was actually French John The Brother Of Richard Coeur d’Leon finally got on board with the Magna Carta. But the Saxons and other Nordic countries already had juries.

It makes no sense. I’m a witness to John Walter’s murder. There are a lot more. Even looking at a cop or prosecutor gives me an episode of PTSD. They beat it into me, their fault not mine. They wanted to “teach me a lesson”, well, they did. They were shooting for me being a brainwashed cretin like the Back the Badge “conservatives” but what they wanted me to believe and do… they missed.

  3. I used to think having fully informed juries was something to work towards. Haven’t been so sure for quite some time now. Your view?

  4. As to what I can do about it, I can’t bring myself to murder people I’ve never met. Or anybody who I HAVE met. All I can do is educate. If I miss a point or many points there’s the great equalizer, everybody else supposedly has the same rights and they frequently do challenge my words. The cops and the courts actually do punish people for saying that with which the Masters don’t agree . And this is important, I’m not able nor inclined to keep revolutionaries from doing what they do best. I don’t direct these comments to anarchists, Hell, they already why they resist.

Not at all kidding, very honest, I can’t bring myself to assist the cops and courts murdering and covering up said murders. Like they did with so many others, but John Walter… I knew him, he had some good conversation. Until they took away every bit of necessary health care and at the same time beating him daily.
