A House subcommittee passed a draft of a new bill aimed to force the University sports system to have a Playoff system matching that of the NFL, NBA, and Major League Baseball.
The fact that the NCAA has been trying to arrange such a system for the past 5 years at least, irrelevant. This is like December 3 years ago, Saddam Hussein had just been Judicially (but not Judiciously) Lynched by an American apponted Kangaroo Kourt, to draw attention away from the fact that the Casualty Numbers were so atrocious, they had reached a Magick Number of 4000 just before New Years of the Killed In Action (with no trumpeting of the number of Wounded, the PTSD cases and suicides counted in).
