There are a few organizations in the world where one can acquire a New Identity, because they have control of documentation that’s almost bulletproof. Most of them connected to National Governments. The governments with whom Blackwater works closely are the ones which provide the most unquestioned documents. Israel, Britain, Spain, the U.S.

“We” meaning his accomplices. Boasts about short dealing just anybody who ever bought anything from him, boasts about defrauding the Libyan Government.
The sad and amazing part of it all is, there are STILL people, allegedly intelligent and educated, who will buy ANYTHING from him.
Including allowing him to rule over them, no questions in advance, even though he’s published many books that state emphatically that he will defraud or in his word “screw” anybody he feels doesn’t deserve to be treated honestly. And to decide who exactly deserves to be screwed arbitrarily and how DARE any of the rest of us speak against that philosophy?
Ponder what something like that would unleash on the entire Rest of The World. Already has, but he’d be the first one to be so open about it.
