Sure, Iranian space vehicles could deliver weapons into and then out of orbit. So did NASA’s, and the information gleaned from the Manned Moon Exploration program went to the Pentagoons First –the War Department who were the first and only nation to actually USE Nuclear (ok, Atomic…) Weapons of Mass Destruction. The ONLY military on Earth who have used all three classes of WMDs, Nuclear, Chemical and Bioligical. … oopsie, the Smallpox thing is disputed.
Counting in the Depleted Uranium as a Nuclear WMD “our” Military has the distinction of using all three classes of WMDs against AMERICANS. Or, as the “Chemical Ali” accusation went, “against their own people”.
