The Chiricahua, Mescalero, Lipan and Jicarilla Apache, and other Native Tribes who have triple citizenship, in the U.S., their own Tribal nations and Mexico? It was early this spring that an acclaimed (white) local historian called the Ethnic Cleansing Genocide that occurred locally as a “Counter-insurgency” and compared it to the conquest of Iraq and Afghanistan.
