You know the difference between a Tennessee accent and a Texas accent?

In Texas the word “cow” has only TWO syllables.

Treading on sacred ground there, Bubba. I’ll bet my Dublin Dr Pepper you can’t come up with an Aggie joke.

quite a few… One is truly tasteless.

I got one off KTXQ from Dallas long time ago.

“A&M: home of the Annual Bonfire and Cadet Barbecue”

That’s the worst one. (God I HOPE it’s the worst… never know though)

Then there’s one from a Ft Worth country station WBAP that’s now gone all the way to the Devil’s Camp… Clear Channel…

“Always remember, Dallas spelled backward is “Sallad”.

Never figured out what it meant but I always remembered it.

I sometimes put on the Hillbilly and say stuff like “Ah’m makin’ it my mission to larn y’all yankees to talk english good like me”.

It takes a while to get to that point though…
