Yeah, actually, there’s a cop shop right there at the park. Did she KNOW that the man swearing at the Uncle Wilber fountain was actually homeless, actually schizophrenic, or was she making a snap judgment? Usually it takes a team of behavioral specialists and a Neurologist and an Endocrinologist DAYS to diagnose schizophrenia.
Does she know for certain that he was there for the pizza or just happened to be there?
Does she intend to make the city parks off limits to people based on her Snap Judgments, or worse yet, on the judgment of Neighborhood Vigilantes? Who wouldn’t have all that wonderful educational background she boasts of, where she’s Super Psychiatrist and can judge somebody “guilty” of Schizophrenia based on a momentary observation, THOSE Vigilantes?
I’ve stopped at the same park while riding my bicycle across town to a doctors appointment, to rest a few moments.
I’m in the Autism Spectrum, does that mean I’m guilty of “being mentally unfit” to use public services like the Parks?
Did she make a similar snotty statement about the Deranged TeaBags when they use the same park to shout their screed that people who are poor and disabled should just F. Off And Die?
Or does their Economic Status make their murderous mental illness less dangerous, merely because they’re in a large menacing group?
Does she propose segregating Mentally Ill and other disabled people from “Normals” … “for the safety of the kids, of course” Making the park off limits to anybody who doesn’t pass her Arbitrary Inspections for mental, moral and above all, economic fitness?
If she doesn’t, why the Hell would she even mention it?
Does she propose an ordinance that people who she judges to be mentally unfit should refrain from speaking to the “Normals” at any time, unless they’re spoken to first, and then the only reply acceptable would start with an apology for DARING to offend by being seen by Her Royal Personage?
