In OUR El Paso County TABOR was presented as No Taxes without representation.. Cool. YOU want the Creep in Thief, YOU pay the bills. Otherwise we’re de facto being taxed to prop up his regime. The only people who owe the bills are his disciples. He ran up an unpaid bill in Chuco (El Paso Texas) of half the emergency funds and the fiscal year is barely a quarter done.
