Now the shitkicker is on the other foot, will Bush Doctrine suffer?

This story is from the Yakima Herald: “YAKIMA, Wash. — Wyatt McNulty was listening to country music and waiting for a friend in the parking lot of the Social Security Administration building Monday morning when the magazine popped out of the gun concealed in his waistband.” OK, that’s the setup. For clarity, here’s a synopsis of the story. So, the gun he says he keeps unloaded but had a clip in it, he drops the clip.. then reloads…In front of a Federal Building. He’s “like, what the heck?” that people would be frightened by a redneck, listening to Country Music in a pickup and packing unloaded heat at a Federal Building… or why anybody would call in armed reinforcements when they observe somebody popping a clip into an automatic weapon… Hello? Don’t the words Waco, Oklahoma City, Tucson, Lone Wolf “misfits” conjure up ANY images, any thoughts in that massive airspace between your brain and your ears?

As he was popping the magazine back in and putting the gun away, a man came by the pickup, passing out fliers. The man handed one to McNulty.

McNulty didn’t think too much of it until he saw a reflection of a police officer carrying an M-16 assault rifle in the truck’s mirror.

In all, about a dozen Yakima police officers responded to a report of a man sitting in a truck with a gun on his lap at the Social Security building on Fruitvale Boulevard.

“I was like, ‘What the heck?’ ” the 37-year-old Cle Elum man said shortly after the incident, which happened just after 11 a.m.

The building at 801 Fruitvale Blvd., as well as the Opportunities Industrialization Center of Washington next door, went on lockdown.

McNulty was detained, investigated and released in what turned out to be a misunderstanding.

McNulty had accompanied a friend, Joe Morua of Roslyn, to the Social Security building and stayed in the gray 1997 Nissan pickup while his friend went in to see about some paperwork.

Federal law generally prohibits the possession of firearms in federal buildings. McNulty said he knows this, and “That’s why I stayed outside in the parking lot.”

He guesses the man passing out fliers alerted authorities.

A member of the Federal Protective Service, a federal law enforcement agency that provides security and law enforcement services to federally owned and leased properties, called in the report, according to Yakima Police Sgt. Chad Stephens.

McNulty was handcuffed and detained in the back seat of a patrol vehicle while officers sorted out the situation.

“If he had entered the building, obviously he’d be going to jail,” said Stephens, who confirmed McNulty has a concealed weapons permit.

The buildings were on lockdown about five minutes, Stephens said.

McNulty said he keeps his 9 mm handgun unloaded.
“I believe in the right to bear arms and all that,” he said, adding, “My theory is safety first.”

The men were planning to finish some errands, stopping at Fiesta Foods and pawn shops, before heading back to Upper Kittitas County.

“It’s kinda crazy,” McNulty said. Next time, he said, “If the magazine falls out, I’ll let it fall to the floor.

Yeah, Really. “kind of crazy”
What if the person with the gun had been black, or “Mex”, or had an Arabic sounding name? The Lock-step Echo Chamber of the MSM and especially DumFox would be hounding everybody who had ever met the guy. He’d be tucked away in a super-seg prison already.

And called a Religious Terrorist.

Which, really, is what he is. A 9mm isn’t a hunting weapon, it’s a close range murder weapon. He fully intends to shoot and kill somebody, in America.
Where, despite Right Wing Anti-Immigrant Racist Propaganda, the vast majority of people in America are AMERICANS.

And, like McVeigh, Adkisson, Loughner, von Brunn, Rudolf, Roeder… It seems that most of the actual Terrorist incidents in America were done by Right Wing White Christian males.

A fuel air bomb done “right”

Actually, they miscalculated just how much…

Suspected robbers in Germany appear to have miscalculated the quantity of explosives needed to blow their way into a rural bank.

The building housing the bank in the northern village of Malliss was largely destroyed by an overnight explosion.

The bank’s cash machine survived intact and the suspected thieves are not thought to have made away with any money, Germany’s Welt Online reported.

No-one was injured, though the blast damaged nearby cars and buildings.

Investigators were working on the assumption that robbers had placed their explosives, possibly made from petrol or acetylene, at the entrance to the bank, German broadcaster NDR said.

The presence of a delivery van near the site of the explosion indicated that the suspected thieves may have intended to drive off with the cash dispenser, local media reported.

It also indicates that they didn’t need a carload of gasoline to do it, nor a bunch of really useless (except for propaganda) firecrackers. Gas is really touchy stuff, you know. Fuel + Air + spark = KABOOOOOOM!! It doesn’t take much either, get a couple of 5 gallon cans and just enough gas to fill them with THE FUMES. Liquid gasoline doesn’t explode.

Take for instance the truckload of Ammonia Nitrate fertilizer that Tim McVeigh used in Oklahoma City. Peeled off the front of the building. and the front of the buildings across the street. Very powerful, but to knock down buildings, bridges, railroad trestles, you need more than the half dozen sticks of dynamite they used to show in the old Western movies. More than just a barrel of black powder. The structures are made to withstand the forces of nature, over long periods of time, with minimal maintenance.

The Oklahoma City buildings had withstood at least one tornado. And, of course, they used a small truckload of the Blasting Powder (not giving away secrets here, hillbillies who can’t read their own names use this to clear stumps. Easier than chopping and digging, and a helluva lot faster) and it peeled the fronts off the buildings.

Witness, however, THIS destruction.

...from a device they hand-carried to the front of the building...

Terrorists? Maybe. Simple thieves more like it. Police still haven’t caught up to them, if you noticed from the article.
