Yeppers, practically identical twins, doppelgangers if you will…
For all I know Mr Jim might have been one of those with a “Governor’s Pass” at the Ranch.
Kind of like Jack Nicholson in Easy Rider except for South Texas instead of Nawleans.
He DID, as part of his job, have a Really Honest Official “Chicken Inspector” badge…
