Is it possible that Hollywood or Sci Fi writers could have conceived of such a dark emissary, a Darth Vader in stilletos?
 
I’m not very well versed in Sci Fi. Perhaps such an archetype is common, even benign. I doubt we mean it to be. What image is Condoleesa Rice intending to project?
