Peter and I are scheduled to appear at the Colorado Springs Municipal Court, 224 E. Kiowa, Tuesday June 10 at 1:30pm. The charge: “TRESPASSING. PROTESTED OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED AREA.”
UPDATE: We received a continuance until July 1st, 1:30pm.

I think it illustrative of how the clique running the Justice and Peace Commission operates, to mention that just days after your arrests on these charges, they booted you off the Board of Directors of the group, Eric. And at the court room yesterday, other than Peter’s wife, Rita, and I, nobody from the J&P came in solidarity with you and Peter! To me, this is a clear message that the J&P has no political direction of note at this time, but has merely disintegrated into a fund raising scam.
