Sell the oil cheap for foreign benefit, make a sweetheart deal for one’s own relatives, shaft the Arab people as a whole. So much for the US bringing democracy to the Arabs. What the US corporations and government want is for Arabs to bring cheap oil to America, peacefully or by force.
