AIPAC equals treason!

“If I were an Arab leader, I would never sign an agreement with Israel. It is normal; we have taken their country. It is true God promised it to us, but how could that interest them? Our God is not theirs. There has been anti-semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?”
–David Ben Gurion, first Israeli Prime Minister

Nazis executed parents in front of children in Gaza.

UN investigator Richard Falk (a Jew) says Israel committed war crimes in Gaza, compares it to Warsaw Ghetto.

Visualize Nuremberg. Israel already budgeting lawyers for war crime trials. PM Olmert even appointed a Justice Minister who’s only job will be to defend Israel from War Crime charges.

Just one of hundreds of accounts of NAZI war crimes in Gaza.

State Dept. celebrates departure of “Wicked Witch of the West.”

Hey Gazans: Come meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Obama stops pretending, and reveals he’s just Bush in blackface. He agrees that the President can spy on anyone he wants, without a warrant. Allthose silly people, who assumed “change” meant change for the better.

NSA analyst reveals what we all suspected: Dictator Bush wasn’t just spying on suspected terrorists, but on all Americans.

  1. Mr. Falk’s stretching circumstances to allege a “war crime” against all of Gaza’s civilian population not only ignores Hamas’ human shielding (an actual war crime), but invents a class of “war crime” that simply does not exist in international law e.g., there is no provision under the Fourth Geneva Convention that makes unintended “mental anguish” a war crime. The much more rigorous standard applies to “Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health.” Falk’s argument is baseless for several reasons. First, there is no evidence that Israel deliberately intended to inflict suffering on Gaza’s civilian population. Second, there is no evidence that all of Gaza’s civilians have experienced “great suffering, or serious injury to body or health” strictly on account of Israel. In short, Mr. Falk engages in the kind of activism that undermines the basic principles of international law.

Mr. Falk’s repugnant comparison to the Warsaw ghetto is par for the course given his longstanding anti-Israel bias. He has made it a habit to discount the truly horrific nature of the Holocaust and the Nazis’ practices in alleging Israeli equivalence. He has accused Israel of engaging in “a Holocaust in the making” while ignoring the context in which Israel was limiting aid to humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip.

In the end, Mr. Falk’s sweeping allegations have no basis in international law or fact. They only highlight his extreme partiality when it comes to the Middle East. As a result, he is a catalyst for perpetuating the historic conflict not helping solve it.

  2. ‘Nazis executed parents in front of children in Gaza.’

Thomas, those were Israeli Jewish troops doing that and not Nazis.

  3. That article was from The Telegraph, ‘Don’. That’s a British newspaper and has nothing to do with Thomas or I. Don’t believe me? Then go follow the link to that newspaper that Thomas gave us in his commentary.

You know, given his poor fact-checking abilities, as demonstrated with the fabricated Ariel Sharon quote, Thomas Mc’s credibility in uncovering damaging quotes from Israeli leaders has been severely damaged. As with the bogus Sharon quote, Thomas Mc provides no reliable sourcing for the alleged Ben Gurion statement, and, also as with the Sharon quote, a cursory examination indicates the only sources for the Ben Gurion statement the same types of websites and blogs. Numerous statements of Ben Gurion, sadly, have been manipulated for propaganda purposes, but, unfortunately, he is not around to correct them. Regrettably, the source of many of the distorted remarks of Ben Gurion are Israelis, themselves, in the form of the so-called New Historians, most notably Benny Morris, whose revisionist agendas to tarnish Zionism have been documented by Middle Eastern scholar Ephraim Karsh. His book, “Fabricating Israeli History,” (available on Amazon) forced Morris to concede that he “misinterpreted” many of Ben Gurion’s statements and has recanted those misquotes. Perhaps Thomas Mc is sourcing Morris, which would invalidate the quotes. In any case, in the absence of solid corroboration, Thomas Mc libels Ben Gurion, as he libeled Sharon. Once again, it would behoove Not My Tribe to remove the alleged Ben Gurion quote.

  5. Thomas Mc used the article in his commentary. It is no accident that he chose to use Mr. Falk’s allegations that discount the horrors of the Warsaw ghetto and invent a category of war crime that does not exist.

  6. Man are you confused, ‘Don’! He put multiple links up and you want to lump all of them together.

Are you working late again tonight? BTW, I always liked that Leon Uris novel about the Warsaw Ghetto Resistance. Kind of reminds me of the Palestinian Resistance to creeps like yourself. he..He…he… Don’t get me wrong, ‘Don’. I’m not calling you a Nazi. You’re not even a Nazi sympathizer IMO.

  7. ‘Numerous statements of Ben Gurion, sadly, have been manipulated for propaganda purposes, but, unfortunately, he is not around to correct them.’

How inconvenient to have Ben Gurion being correctly quoted this time. That quote is not in question by anybody other than the Internet Span Megaphone’s ‘Alicia’.

‘Alicia’, do you and ‘Don’ have a cybersex relationship going on? Hot as White Phosphorus I would imagine?

  8. Tony Logan,

I’m commenting on one of his specific links. He disseminated information. He is responsible for what he posts.

  9. As some have attempted to smear Prime Minister Ben-Gurion, here’s a snippet that captures his willingness to compromise, something the Arab leadership rejected in 1947.

In his autobiography, Abba Eban wrote:

While the official Zionist line had seemed to rule out partition, Ben Gurion and Weizmann, like Goldmann, had not changed their minds since 1937. Thus, on October 28, 1946, Ben Gurion had written to Weizmann: “We should in my opinion be ready for an enlightened compromise, even if it gives us less in practice than we have a right to in theory, but only so long as what is granted to us is really in our hands…”

  10. “How inconvenient to have Ben Gurion being correctly quoted this time. That quote is not in question by anybody other than the Internet Span Megaphone’s ‘Alicia’”

Please post reputable sourcing for the Ben Gurion quote in queston or remove it.
