Deadliest motorcycle “gang” in Waco shoot-out was not Bandidos, Cossacks, Scimitars, or Vaqueros. It was police.

Bandidos, Cossacks, Scimitars, Vaqueros Motorcycle Clubs
Was the Waco Shoot-out a gunfight between rival gangs or an ambush laid by law enforcement? Police are monopolizing the testimony but the evidence suggests a barroom brawl became a pretext to kill or arrest club officers, essentially grassroots organizers, now charged with “organized crime”. Investigators can litter the crime scene with brass-knuckles, knives and wallet chains, but the shell casings are going to be police issue. Motorcycle headlights were on, indicating club members were trying to leave. Police claim that the brawlers redirected their fire toward officers, but did that happen while the bikers were trying to ride off? Because riding requires both hands. This gangland “shoot-out” was a St Valentine’s Day Massacre executed by cops.

[5/20 Update: HA! The nine casualties died of gunshot wounds, sustained outside the restaurant. No shell casings were found around the bodies. Eight of the nine were Cossacks. The eighteen wounded are not expected to be charged. So much for the narrative that gangs were fighting each other, or that Bandidos were the aggressors.]

It’s described as being a gang shoot-out, but what happened in Waco is still shrouded in the fog of the official POV. Did motorcycle club members shoot at each other? They’re unavailable for interviews, locked up on million dollar bonds. The Twin Peaks restaurant claims the shooting started outside. The only witnesses reaching reporters are the sergeant giving the press briefing and undercover cops purporting to describe the tensions between the “gangs”. By my reading, informant provocateurs incited trouble by “rocking” patches which claimed the territory of “Texas” for the Cossacks Motorcycle Club.

Something like three dozen undercover officers were monitoring the usually uneventful bi-monthly meeting of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents, in anticipation that the “Texas” patch would offend the Bandidos MC. They were able to respond within 45 seconds of the alleged altercation. What might have been an unremarkable barroom brawl, if even that was not contrived, turned into an ambush that killed nine and wounded eighteen. Zero officers were hit and I will bet every bullet was theirs.

Let’s say the melee happened as the police and media describe. Why the blackout on the club affiliations? Why are the 170 arrestees being detained on a million dollar bond each? Why aren’t reporters challenging the police narrative? Witnesses assert that at least four of the dead were killed by police. How long before we learn how many undercover officers had fired their guns?

The media is making much of the anticipation that fellow gang members are converging on Texas to avenge their comrades. I think the police know that it’s themselves who are the targets of the bikers’ vengeance.

No doubt one can say the bikers were not boy scouts, but have you seen the photos? These “gangs” wore their colors, in this case patches, like boy scout badges. And everyone in uniform creased jeans and leather vests as tidy as bowling shirts. Did you see the mugshots? If you look past the long hair and tattoos you’ll note everyone is clean shaven. This was a Sunday outing. These are family men and women, not gang members. The Cossacks are a “Harleys Only” motorcycle club for God’s sake!

Police aren’t naming the “gangs” involved in what’s being called the “Waco Shoot-out”. Because they are motorcycle clubs, for one, and because the only gang deserving of the notoriety is really the police.

  1. Oh yes, and they called the meeting and asked everyone to wear their colors so they could distinguish between the OMC’s. They then invited the public to attend the broad daylight execution… Sounds just like something the police would do because they wouldn’t have any other option to silently disenfranchise the gangs. You got to hand it to the person who came up with this theory, it could easily pass for something Al Sharpton could come up with to instigate trouble between police and another outlaw community…

  2. Scares me to death thinking that police might have been the ones doing all the killing. Breaks my heart because I do have a tremendous respect for law enforcement. They have been there for me when I have needed them. I am praying we can all hold our judgment until all the facts are in.

  3. I think the police should just back off and not bother going to these kind of things. This way they aren’t involved in no way shape or form.

  4. You’ll never have all the facts R. Grace… the police you have so much respect for will see to that; I’m glad they’ve been there when you needed them but it isn’t the case for everyone or when they put a target on you or someone else puts a target on you. There are some evil cops just as there is evil in every walk of life. There is also “cover-up” in every phase of government

  5. I ride a Harley, I ride in big groups I have never I repeat I have NEVER had a run in with the law. I have gotten tickets before but I deserved it. I read all the BS that everyone is saying about the police and there is nothing to back it up. Some one with a hard on for police has written a non factual article and all the haters want to chime in. Put on a uniform , put yourself in harms way and lets see what you do and see how long you do it when every one wants to accuse you of being a bad cop when they don’t have the facts. I see where policeman get shot or killed all the time because they didn’t make the correct split second decision. Go ahead haters take the challenge at least those of you that can carry a gun because you don’t have a felony charge that keeps you from carrying. Just because you have done a good dead like a charity run doesn’t make you a good person. If you don’t want to get in trouble don’t put yourself out there where you can and if you do run with gangs then don’t blame someone else for your trouble.

  6. We seen what the police could do. Not even put your hands up this is the police. Wtf

  7. Cops are full of shit. They are the biggest gang.its all a set up fuck the police

  8. Oh ! And yes I’m proud to be a biker and I ride Harley Davidson
    Go figure !!!

  9. NOW THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS UP IN ARMS AND WILL BE DISCRIMINATING AGENTS ANY ONE WHO HAS A PATCH ON THERE BACK . I THOUGHT DISCRIMINATION WAS A VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT BUT I GUESS IT’S JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR THE GOV. TO TAKE AWAY ANOTHER ONE. OH AND AS FOR THE SHOOTING WE WILL NEVER GET THE TRUTH IF THE COPS DID ALL THE SHOOTING THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH IT AND THE VNVMC IS A CLUB BUT FBI HAS US ON THE GANG LIST TOO FUCK IT

  10. The real thugs have been in the news a lot lately burning, looting, and destroying blocks of their own community. Where are the cops when these cockroaches are going “ape”shit? It seems easy for them to back off and let the critters do as they please….I guess when your not an african that your expendable. Should be the other way around. Final note….I couldn’t care less that you might call me a racist, bigot or what ever. It would be true. I wasn’t born this way. Their actions and hatred of anyone that’s not a critter has made me feel as I do. I’m just honest enough to admit it.

  11. it’s going to be a long time before the truth comes out I will say that I do attend the COC and never had a problem, is always been bikers getting together. the police say that there was over 500 weapons found, if the bikers were there to have a shoot out dont you think there would of been more bodies on the ground. If you nitice most biker were sitting around for questoning not fighting or shooting. I sid not see any civilians on the floor waiting to be questione.

  12. It’s pretty clear not a single poster in here was actually a member of any of the clubs involved. If you people pay close attention you’ll find all this cop ambush and anger nonsense being spewed from wannabe bikers or simply people that don’t have a clue about what happened. None of the actual members are complaining about the police presence or what went down. They understand it was a fight that went bad and some of their members paid the price, wether by police bullet or rival gang bullet. It’s a risk that comes with being involved in these clubs, they all know it, the cops know it. but apparently very few in here know it. These aren’t thugs, but they do live a life that brings risks. Don’t disrespect them by trying to portray them to be something they are not.

  13. I am a former recon marine. i have worn the only uniform an american should wear. and as someone with 7 years of combat experience ” carryng the gun”, fighting for something real, not engaging in urban warfare against my own people, the people i went and fought to defend. all i have to say is fuck the police….

  14. I’m reading about police confiscating things like clubs, large chains with locks, bats, etc. Some news outlets say around 150 or so items and other site 1000 weapons. Apparently le is finding these items stashed in various places around the restaurant, yet touting they (police) entered the restaurant within 2 minutes of the start of the melee, greeted by various “gang” members lying down on the floor with their hands up so officers won’t shoot them. So here’s where I’m quite confused: somehow quite afew of the participants carried these large weapons into the reastaurant without detection, in spite of police force monitoring and being present. I have seen the garb the mc uses. The jackets are sleeveless and the material is fairly thin, the pockets aren’t very deep. I also noticed the pants in the photos provided online show all the individuals to be typical jeans and such, with typical pockets. How on earth did any individual carry such a substantial weaponry into the restaurant and it not have been noted before they even got to the patio? I also wonder how did a good majority of these individuals manage to hide their weapons at points a good distance away from where they were seated and manage to get back to the general area and lay down near where they were seated with almost 200 individuals in a chaotic scene doing the same thing in under 2 minutes? That seems quite implausible to me.

  15. I love riding bikes but don’t give a damn about a stupid patch. Just ride your bike without all the stupid biker garb and just see how much more respect you’ll get. You guys are putting yourselfs in these situation. Grow the fuck up!

  16. Hmm. Undercover cops open fire don’t hit any officers and then the police sweep the grounds with assault rifles. Sounds like a plan and we will call this plan the Waco shootout!!!

  17. It is difficult for me to believe that this incident was a conspiracy by the Waco PD to ambush a ‘mc” meeting. There is no genuine motive for the Waco police force to do this and I am not convinced that the”media” would spin this in favor of the WPD. However, ‘bikers’ are often experts in duplicity. In one breath, they will brag how tough and violent they are. Stating, they are geuine becuse they are “1 percenters.” In the next breath, whine that society is against them and complain that their ‘clubs’ are not seen as legitimate organizations…

  18. Motorcycle Clubs are not gangs. Anyone who is a full patched member of any MC knows and understands this, supporters of MCs know this, my PO even understands and knows this. Now is that to say that there aren’t some individuals in Clubs that do things wrong….no… That’s in every walk of society tho not just Clubs. Grow up, get over you fictitious views of what Gangland and sons of anarchy have portrayed of what We as Brothers in an MC are truly about.

  19. Since you f@#ktards are so much into conspiracies… how bout you take into account that this entire article is fabricated and not based on any facts whatsoever. This is just another piece of false propaganda used to sway public sentiment against law enforcement. With all of these recent actions one has to wonder if the people who are pulling all the strings actual objective is to get rid of local law enforcements to set up for martial law where there will be no local forces left to resist when the military comes and herds you all away like cattle.

  20. Texas Rider…the reason no one that was there is talking is because they are either dead or locked up on a millon dollar bond…kind of hard to speak out when the pigs still have you locked up.

  21. One of the stashed weapons in the restaurant that was recovered by the cops was a baton bout 3 foot in length, with an absorbent material attached to one end (possibly for blinding or distracting victims) that was cleverly concealed in a closet containing cleaning supplies.

  22. Oh ya had to be a conspiracy theory…
I mean not like out of the thousand of bikers there no one thought their dick was bigger and had to show it off? I hate crooked cops but at the same time I have seen plenty of killer meth smoking bikers. Ya all strippers are trying to pay their way through college.

  23. If the Federal government would put as much time, manpower and resources into inner city crime instead of destroying our MC clubs / War Veterans there would be a lot less crime. Instead resources, manpower and my tax dollars are being wasted on trying to destroy these MC clubs. JUST SAYING

  24. I am very apprehensive about believing anything in print or on the news. The racially motivated “murders” in recent months, the chaos involved with all of these incidents,it all seems far too convenient., I would discourage any kind of rioting or violent response to any incidents such as these because I believe a riot is exactly what the squatter in the white house wants. Don’t be sucked in by it,he wants martial law..no elections, complete control for an indefinite period, thats what he wants. Stay strong America,we are definitely gonna need the strength in the coming months..

  25. Yes there were lights on some motorcycles where people were trying to get away. Nobody says that ALL gang members were shooting each other and I’m sure that many were trying to get away from the mele and then others who were guilty and trying to get away once police reinforcements showed up. The police had no other option but to arrest everyone and then sort through the evidence and do gunshot residue tests, etc to determine level of participation. Why were there no casings next to the victims? Because they were either unarmed or like the old saying goes “brought a knife to a gun fight.” There were even interviews of eye witnesses and victims’ friends and families on the news RIGHT AFTER the incident who NAMED a particular gang who opened fire on everyone. The most laughable part of this joke of an article is stating that all of these men were clean shaven. Really? So facial hair is what causes people to kill each other. Try reporting unbiased facts NMT instead of trying to create public unrest with speculation and outright lies.

  26. No the reason the cops were there so quickly is because they knew about the meeting and if you know anything about these clubs and there history then you might understand i

  27. Hey Tom, so if I wear a bikini on the beach I deserve to be raped? you’re an idiot! You don’t like what someone wears then they deserve to be shot, raped, bullied? I feel they want to make these motorcycle clubs look like gangs so that they can get their $ for for their gang force! I’m seeing it now in the city I live in.

  28. THAT PICTURE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THIS IS NOT MEXICO FOR YOU PEOPLE IN THE NEWS MEDIA/NEWSPAPERS TO BE SHOWING A MANS DEAD BODY OR GRAPHIC PICTURES. YOU HAVE NO HEART. SUCH A DISGRACE

  29. My son belongs to a small club called the avengers. He is a wonderful son and a great single father. Anybody hurts him will have to kill this old lady. I’ll do my best to hurt whoever harms him.

  30. This Mob Bosses loose in Texas. . Lawyers, policeman,Fireman,Judge, ride bilked , bikers will be the 1st person to stand up for you, ,,no matter what the need ,,they will kneel beside your hospital and pray better than a preacher be they pray from theirs ,you want get a preacher to that. 75% of what the Toys For totes ,and The Vet’s have for Christmas came out of bikers pocket.. I ‘m not going to say anything really bad about the cops but this was a Mase Mob Muttued, they know who to shoot and who not shoot.

  31. Don’t think of ATF as police, or even law enforcement. Oh, they’re enforcers alright, but in the gangland definition of the word. Honest cops generally despise these “suits”, as they’re called. They all suffer from pigeon syndrome… they swoop in, shit on eveything in sight, and then fly away leaving somebody else to clean up the mess.

  32. Cops are a waste of skin! Guaranteed the bullets in the bikers are police issued! Too many corrupt cops putting people at risk and death, then get paid leave until it’s covered up…what kind of system is it when you’re more afraid of cops than bikers. I have respect for tge bikers and my condolences to the families in this time of mourning. God Bless you all!

  33. As a MC member for almost 50 years, and a member of both NCOM and our Wisconsin version of the COC’s that held this meeting. The facts are plain. There has NEVER been a violent episode in over 25 years of these meetings and I have attended them all over the U.S.. There is more than substantial evidence that undercover police not only provoked and initiated most of the violence, but it would appear most of the killing was done by police weapons. Oh, this will come out in the “wash” eventually, but probably not reported with all the previous fanfare and headlines. The government has been try to discredit and intimidate MC’s for many years. They have been caught setting up ‘fake” MC’s to instigate “wars” between the Clubs. Wake up America, the armed and deadly police state will be coming for your lifestyle next. Remember, it’s not paranoia, if somebody IS behind that tree! God Bless America! Save us from this out of control government…

  34. I agree it’s to turn us all against each other. They’ve already started confiscating our main artillary for our defense its not to long till marshal law is passed then we’re all f***ed because this here is what the government is creating. ….. we all need to be united and stop all this

  35. Besides the cops who fabricated the statement in the first place, does anyone really believe that the clubs issued an order to “open fire” on anyone in uniform?
Get serious, these club members are not idiots. If any thing, most are smarter then your average bear.
That mentality is evident in certain areas of the country, precipitated by brutal police action in their local communities. 1%ers are not afraid to go to prison for living an outlaw life, but suicide is not an option.
    These guys were murdered, period.
You think cops would never consider a set-up for a shooting? If you think cops are always right, and follow the book, you’re living in a fantasy.
The departments are made up of people and people are capable of anything. The feds are the only ones able to get to the bottom of what happened. Maybe they will, maybe they won’t, stranger things have happened in the land of the midnight sun.

  36. Years ago bikers road HD that they built. when we road around the country the bikes were often be in need of repair MCs were there to give ya parts and help ya work on your ride. The public did not like us at all. It wasnt until HD started making motorcycles that people didnt have to work on that all these bikers started coming out of the woodwork. Now you have extended warranties and harley shops all over the country. Some of the clubs still put out the welcome mat to riders in need of help. Many clubs still are about brotherhood, there is always going to be Brotherhood I just hope we will be riding motorcycles when doing it.

  37. Sympathies to the bro’s , clubs and families of those slain and wounded in waco. 1% F.T.W.

  38. This is a lot to digest, but since day one I wondered how on earth all this went down if there was a large police presence allready on scene… I mean.. Most criminals would digress upon the sight of cops.. Not light up and try to shoot their way out .. The easiest place to blend in for a Horrible biker mastermind criminal would be behind another 300 bikers.. It just doesn’t make sense and never did… If you are doing something wrong and u see cops.. First inclination is to stop doing whatever it is your doing wrong… .. And at these press conferences.. This cop just spreads it on way to hard.. He is so dramatic and paints every one of these guys like the worst peopl on earth.. I myself have never had affiliation with any club but I have a handful of friends in the Pagans MC and the Thunderbirds MC .. Two of these guys are the most respected people I know .. Just great individuals..

Now another guy I know is also in a club is a complete POS.. But whatever he gets himself into he has to handle on his own.. There is Club Business and then there is Personal Business .. Clubs don’t want this type of press and especially this type of bloodshed.. 90 percent of them are great people who bust their ass contributing to society and paying taxes.. A lot are small business owners and god fearing men.. So to all these people painting club members as scum.. U have no idea what you are talking about and there is definitely more to this whole story.. Probably on both sides but I want to know how if the Police were so dead on with their intelligence that they had 20cops on scene prior to gunfire how this all happened.. It screams lies.. And the are 2 groups in America that law enforcement can lie to everyone with and get away with shit is the bikers and the blacks.. I guarantee one of these cops murdered a club member.. Just like that cop in South Carolina murdered that black dude.. Cover up

  39. The 1%’s are criminal orgs. i will say there are some, SOME of those members are good people, but why would a good prrson associate in a criminal organization? Why would a good person claim to be an outlaw?

  40. I spent 14 years in the Army and 23 years in corrections/detention anyone who thinks this ain’t possible knows nothing about cops or the government. I admit it’s not likely but I also admit it’s possible. You have a right to think otherwise. I have been first hand witness to enough government bs to know that while it is unlikely the cops were involved I would not count it out if the realm of possibility. While some may be good and decent defenders of the law I am afraid their ranks are swelled with hero want a Bs that will pull a trigger quick. Case in point Waco Tx Branch dividians or the Weaver case. I agree with Dennis in Baltimore the Mayor admitted to law enforcement backing away while the animals destroyed property. Hence those animals are not expendable to the govt but when the government comes down on the White man it comes down hard. Where was the 1 million dollar bond in Baltimore? You say it’s not the same thing but a 1 million dollar bond says all were suspected of murder which isn’t right or fair to those that did not commit murder and is an indication of bias against all bikers where’s the government crying about that. The government picks the minority they want to place above all others and support them in there destruction of property and anarchy therefore supporting lawlessness. 1 million bond on all is over the top and abuse of government authority. All shouldn’t be in that boat and only those they suspect of grievous bodily harm.

  41. I’ve got to say something – i just can’t sit here an read and not say nothing. As a former Cossack-VP of a Local Chapter- we were NOT ALLOWED to fly the Texas Bottom rocker- PERIOD- because WE were not a 1% club. And that was universally known. Family orientated club as they -we pushed it. when i was told that they were flyin the Texas Bottom rocker i didnt believe it till i seen it. We were allowed to have counties, rivers, roads, etc to fly on our bottom rocker. Texas was not. Period. and never was an issue. Well-id like to know who in the mf hell gave them permission to do so? Nomads? this had to be approved thru the nomads an higher up in the chain of command. surely they knew about it-and apparently approved. well in my eyes they just opened a can of shit when they did that.what in the world was they thinkin. that the 1%’ers was gonna sit by an let this happen? omg.- i was contacted by a officer of the coc not over a cpl months ago in reference to another club that i had emailed reguarding thier club an the patch that i thawt was very cool- i was the last person to have posted on there site- so the coc contacted me an wanted to know id i had heard from them cause they where tryin to get ahold of’em an verify for wat ever reason. They had no luck in any response. an ask if i had heard from them- an of course i said no. for i have not. and was ask if id consider starting a chapter? my response was we’d have to talk about that. and i ask if the Cossacks where a member of the COC an the answer was hell no. OK-i then said id consider – come talk to me- they said they would- an to this min i aint heard nothin from no1. Now- The cossacks werent a member of the COC- why in the hell wher they ther? and in mass numbers?- an the semitars are a support club of the cossacks so are the dragoons. just like the hombres, desperados, are for the bandits etc -an i can go on an on with the names. what im sayin is- i blame the cossacks for startin this shit- or the nomads for allowing the texas bottom rocker to be on there rag. they knew the consequences of doing so. now as to the the shootings at the COC- we’ll neva know- But i personnally believe that 5-0 set this up an was makin it an example to how they feel about m/c clubs.

  42. I have no idea what the truth is. I’m sure there are good and bad on both sides. But one thing is NOT true – “Did you see the mugshots? If you look past the long hair and tattoos you’ll note everyone is clean shaven.” I looked at the mug shots and only a couple are clean shaven. That doesn’t make them good or bad, but that statement by this author is not true.

  43. i live in lake havasu, az , riders u know this strech of hwy laughlin, nev. bullhead city , 2 wks ago 10,000 bikes came through here, throughout the whole week end, one barfight(a real barfight, a few beat to fahq, one stabbed, and alot of small fights o’learys pub where i myself have had many a drink, but aside from that these mc’s here respected each others boundaries, and im fron tx working
