Was the Waco Shoot-out a gunfight between rival gangs or an ambush laid by law enforcement? Police are monopolizing the testimony but the evidence suggests a barroom brawl became a pretext to kill or arrest club officers, essentially grassroots organizers, now charged with “organized crime”. Investigators can litter the crime scene with brass-knuckles, knives and wallet chains, but the shell casings are going to be police issue. Motorcycle headlights were on, indicating club members were trying to leave. Police claim that the brawlers redirected their fire toward officers, but did that happen while the bikers were trying to ride off? Because riding requires both hands. This gangland “shoot-out” was a St Valentine’s Day Massacre executed by cops.
[5/20 Update: HA! The nine casualties died of gunshot wounds, sustained outside the restaurant. No shell casings were found around the bodies. Eight of the nine were Cossacks. The eighteen wounded are not expected to be charged. So much for the narrative that gangs were fighting each other, or that Bandidos were the aggressors.]
It’s described as being a gang shoot-out, but what happened in Waco is still shrouded in the fog of the official POV. Did motorcycle club members shoot at each other? They’re unavailable for interviews, locked up on million dollar bonds. The Twin Peaks restaurant claims the shooting started outside. The only witnesses reaching reporters are the sergeant giving the press briefing and undercover cops purporting to describe the tensions between the “gangs”. By my reading, informant provocateurs incited trouble by “rocking” patches which claimed the territory of “Texas” for the Cossacks Motorcycle Club.
Something like three dozen undercover officers were monitoring the usually uneventful bi-monthly meeting of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents, in anticipation that the “Texas” patch would offend the Bandidos MC. They were able to respond within 45 seconds of the alleged altercation. What might have been an unremarkable barroom brawl, if even that was not contrived, turned into an ambush that killed nine and wounded eighteen. Zero officers were hit and I will bet every bullet was theirs.
Let’s say the melee happened as the police and media describe. Why the blackout on the club affiliations? Why are the 170 arrestees being detained on a million dollar bond each? Why aren’t reporters challenging the police narrative? Witnesses assert that at least four of the dead were killed by police. How long before we learn how many undercover officers had fired their guns?
The media is making much of the anticipation that fellow gang members are converging on Texas to avenge their comrades. I think the police know that it’s themselves who are the targets of the bikers’ vengeance.
No doubt one can say the bikers were not boy scouts, but have you seen the photos? These “gangs” wore their colors, in this case patches, like boy scout badges. And everyone in uniform creased jeans and leather vests as tidy as bowling shirts. Did you see the mugshots? If you look past the long hair and tattoos you’ll note everyone is clean shaven. This was a Sunday outing. These are family men and women, not gang members. The Cossacks are a “Harleys Only” motorcycle club for God’s sake!
Police aren’t naming the “gangs” involved in what’s being called the “Waco Shoot-out”. Because they are motorcycle clubs, for one, and because the only gang deserving of the notoriety is really the police.

I am apart of an mc association here. and half of those believe this is real. your and idiot plainly, cops have been infiltrating the mc world with uc`s and fake clubs, so dicontent for them runs deep cause thats the only way they can gain intell. along with bugging houses which is illegal. in the first place illegal searches and breaching ones house to plant devices of this nature should not be aloud in the court system.
around waco my point, im not a biker im a musician, and ive been an outlaw, this many guys add some fuel! stuff gets out of hand theres plenty of guilt to go around lets not pick a fight with texas cops,
I am a former rider and wish I could again I miss it a lot. If you look at the picture at the top of the page there are 2 bodies next to the motorcycles and one of the bikes is laying on it’s right side and the biker is laying on the ground next to it. It’s obvious he was trying to get the hell out of there, damned hard to shoot a gun, work the throttle and clutch and the shifter all at the same time. Also the police sargent said the fight started in the bathroom and by the time it got to the dining room chains, brass knuckles and knives were involved then moved to the parking lot. A journalist that saw the inside tapes did not see any fighting in the dining room and said the bikers were mostly helping get civilians into back areas where they would be safer. I do have respect for most police officers but something seems to smell in Waco and I don’t think it’s the garbage dump.
I’m not part of an MC but I know people that are. I’m commenting on this because I’ve seen this type of thing go both ways. The average person riding a motorcycle is doing it to enjoy riding the motorcycle. Same reason that people ride horses, drive cars, etc. A few years ago, while traveling alone, I had lunch in Tombstone, AZ with some Hell’s Angels. I thought they were fun. We swapped stories and had a few laughs. I think the reality of this tragedy is that the reporting to date is superficial and some opinions were formed prior to the actual facts of what happened being investigated. That happens because perception is often reality no matter what the motivation is. Bottom line, bad cops do bad things and bad bikers do bad things and just plain bad people do bad things. It’s unfortunate that a few bad apples ruin it for everyone else.
The post from Big Daddy making terroristic statements on here threatening to kill police officers has been handed over to law enforcement. To the owners of this site, expect members of the DPS to be knocking on your door. Somebody is going to jail.
“I know bikers”…yeah.
Ill leave that alone.
Any SOA fans an leave the conversation.
Something stinks?
No kidding. Lets see… this was a COC meeting huh? Hmmmm…with multiple pathes meeting there eh?
Gee…I wondsr what the code is concerning members travelling not inky not parking any heat…but packing all their documentation for themselves and their rides.
Esp when you hsve guys there that were charged a few years ago for merking another.
Another thing. Humpf…not ONE xop injured in a shootout? With.. bikers?
Haha you know how many bikers…
are ex military?
If that was a fair fun dight the cops would have been slaughtered
1% er
Its been my experience that so long as you don’t disrespect their cut, bike, brother or old lady, that they’re fairly pleasant to be around. Some are criminals, some arent . Sounds a lot like us normal people, doesn’t it.
I find something fishy going on in Waco. Daniel Raymond Boyett is a personal friend of mine. He may have joined a motorcycle club, however he was not a criminal or a gang member. He was a business owner that helped me in time of need when my semi broke down a thousand miles from home,he and his family treated me as a member of their family. His company Double D Road service in Elm Mott Texas is where to go if you need a truck fixed. Also Danny loved his race car. Does this sound like a gun toting gang member to you? This just isn’t right. My thoughts and prayers to his family and the other families that lost loved ones. Seems the cops think this is open and shut. No real police investigating going on here.
Please explain how a biker can start his bike and shoot with the other. I’m not a biker and I know it takes two hands to start a bike!
I wish everyone stop calling them gangs…they are clubs point blank.
Treat the cops how they treat you.
I have ridin all my life with patch holders and without all over the world personally never wore one myself but had my friends who have and have known what is expected from the patch and the wearer so I chose not to. Numb nuts hit it the nail directly on the head.
Prayers goes out…………….
All staged by government. That was my first thought.
David Coresh??? A biker shoot out that smells as fishy as the bearing sea…..WTF?????
I am a musician that has played hundreds of shows over the years at biker clubhouses, as well as public events! Other than a half dozen scwabbles…( that always ended with someone leaving). Bikers have always been better employers than the majority club owners/ promoters that I’ve worked for!!! Never a gun fired or SEEN in literally hundreds of shows all over the U.S. !!!!!
This CRAP stinks of “SET UP”….. Even a stupid ol bass player can see that!!!!
Don’t know about anyone else, this all seems fishy from the git , I don’t know anybody in my world , that believes anything that the government tells us and that includes police agencies, I personally hate to feel this way , but the way things go in this country for the last dozen years or so, how can you feel any other way ???
Another Branch Davidsons scenario. Time to put the cuffs on fake law enforcement. Complete setup. Bet there will be a super cover up by the police. This make me ready to get another bike and ride again for freedom.
I have been raised around the cossacks all my life. My dad was the president in his chapter for a while. They are just like us. The have normal jobs like us. The motorcycle group is so much More than there saying. They are family. They are great people. everyone’s kids would all hangout and have fun when they have get togethers. It was family based. Instead of thinking that they are the bad people which clearly shows they aren’t. the cops are the bad people think about how many people lost a dad, brother, uncle, husband. The cops should have there badges ripped off. The only thing they are protecting is themselves. I think we should start a fund for the family’s who lost a working husband. Who won’t be able to make it just working one job. Lets come together and prove that we care about our people
Please note the ages of all arrested. Hell, most are my age. That’s too old to be doing all the gang stuff they’re talking about. But, then again, it is Waco. Remember the Branch Davidians? Something doesn’t smell right here. Never had any problem with bike clubs. I’m from Pagan territory.
There is something difference between biker gang biker club and bike enthusiast
I think police over react and they wanted a reason to shoot it out with the bikers, not saying all cops are bad but not all are good they need to realize that bikers in a mc are people as well with jobs and pay their taxes I feel the FBI should investigate this and if find the police were negligent in any way that the law will come down on them as harsh as t would on the members of the mc’s
Wot about t hee ISIS TRAINING CAMPSite up by this government in Waco, and twenty-nine other Cities accross the United States? And the Senators who broke the Logan Act aiding Iran…this is wot it’s led too!…hmm.
SILLY ME SOMEMORE!
Good job police!
“Because riding requires both hands.”
Erm… No it doesn’t!
It dosnt matter if they were ex business men who were livin out there “Wild Hogz” fantacies by organizing a group of like minded souls 2 play dress up n wear matching patchs n plan fund raisers n family picnics. The truth of the matter is that whn u put on a leather jacket with matching patchs n ride harleys with a group of ur friends rather u r a viscious motorcycle street gang r a bunch of mid lifers tryn 2 look tuff ur knowingly sending out a message thts says “Beware” If me n 20 of my friends who’m r all honest descent men decided to form a “club” n want to show tht we r together so we all were blue clothes n bandanas tht match our baggy pants n backwards hat n u saw us at the park having a get together with another group of guys lik us who lik 2 wear red to discuss how we can use our talents n brotherhood 2 better our community u would grab ur wife n kids jump bak n ur minivan lock ur doors n call 911 2 inform thm tht there r 2 large groups of gang bangers about 2 start a gang war at the park were i take my kids n r suppose 2 feel safe n they better bring the calvary n Quick!! Point is if u dress lik a duck n quack lik a duck dont get upset whn ur chicken ass gets shot during duck season!!
I’m not going to get on here to bash bikers are cops, I have several friends that are bikers, no friends that are cops but no enemies that are cops either. my opinion (only an opinion) is that if Waco PD did not sit this up, why were undercover cops there instead of patrol cars in plain view so everyone would know they were there, it appears that they were playing hide
and shoot, I’m sure noone went there with intentions of dying on that tragic Sunday and if patrol cars had been visible it probablywwouldn’t have happened, j/ s
One question: since when did police have the right to shoot fleeing suspects? This is a new trend haunting America lately, where fleeing suspects get shot in the back and sides by flanking police officers, and nobody is doing anything about it.
I think no matter what went down inside the cops dropped the ball unless they were fired upon directly. I’m a retired patched member on the East Coast. I know how and why things work. The big players in this country are on PR campaigns to not look so
vicious to the citizens. That makes it easier to conduct business. Make no mistake, don’t be fooled by the toy run charity events. These are some dangerous people, and rough customers. But they are also human beings. Most live and let live if you stay out of their way. More facts needed
I have Saïd all a long since i first heard a bout This that its à bunch of bullshit and thé cops. Shot everyone .Hello sheeples wake up
Caveman_GFFG There are plenty not in jail that were present and not a single one I’ve spoken with had one bad thing to say about the cops involvement. Sure some of them hate cops but that situation could have and would have become much worse if not for their presence and the true bikers there are very much aware of that. This was a beef between rival club members pure and simple.
were there clubs 1%ers? Bandidos are, what about the rest?
when did da shooting start before or after da a call
shooting where’s da 911 calls sounds like da shooting came from da po po what happened to their motorcycles?
Don must be a cop
From the first announcement motorcycle “gangs”???? I thought really? That many motorcyclist gathered is not a gang it has to be a club! This is a sad turn of events. This incident was dramatized and sensationalized by the Waco police department and I hope the media and reporters get this right.
Ok well I must say no one really knows except those that actually witnessed it. I am tired of the truth being altered by whoever. We can all assume all we want but one thing is true, real bikers are people like most of us.. not the wanna be credit card “bikers” that think they are bad ass after watching SOA or whatever.. I am soo tired of all those dumbasses. I grew up in the scene and just saying, things are not always what they seem. Be sure of your source of information and support your local MC….
Lets see,,,,Undercover cops used when a show of strength by uniforms would have been better
Many meetings held in the past with no problems
Video shows opposite of what police claim happened.
Heavy armed cops show up in 45 seconds and “engage” the “outlaws”
All killed were Cossacks except one Bandidos
Other clubs there were Vet clubs and other types,,none killed,,not even by a stray bullet
Not a single civilian, old lady or girlfriend killed
No info on whose bullet killed whom out to public yet
No video out to public yet
I ain’t no Outlaw or Cop,,,but something is all wrong here.
Why do I find this so believable ! My god there shooting any one they want to ? Target practice maybe??
One other thing. I didn’t find out until after I bought my bike that your name automatically goes on a Federal list as a “Potential Criminal” just because you bought a motorcycle. Hmmmmmmm
Where were the killed shot at? Head,, chest, back? A outlaw in a fight wouldn’t care where he shot you.
Law enforcement is the biggest criminal organization on the planet.
Don: “The post from Big Daddy making terroristic statements on here threatening to kill police officers has been handed over to law enforcement. To the owners of this site, expect members of the DPS to be knocking on your door. Somebody is going to jail.”
@Don you’re nothing but a rat! take you snitching ass out of here. Wish I had you in front of me so that I can slap the shit out of you for being a b@tch!
Setup and a bunch of b.s. Sounds like starting a $h!t storm started by the police.
I’m AN and we got mc brothers called the sudistic souls and there trying to take the colors well that’s a fight I would stand up for because them colors your suppose to die for them you hand them to a pig yea right kill every cop there bolts up WPWW
This is weird I live near Bandido’s no disrespect if I miss spelled it. They are pretty chill people from what I’ve seen nice men and women. What I mean live near I mean all I have to do is walk out side and I can see the house there has been no crazy or out of the norm activity. this one time they helped me look for my dog and they where drunk plus I only lived in this house for about two days so in other words stop claiming bikers are bad there not. just my out look on it..
Pricks Hiding Behind Badges……the Bikers were prob not bothering No One ! Dirty f Cops…. Hope they get to bottom of this n I don’t know the first to the last !
They were biker thugs and got exactly what they deserve. Bunch of animals riding on the bikes with no respect for other people on the road. The police did there job. You people always want to make excuses for your bad behavior.
This wasnt a shoot out amongst clubs. The police infiltrated and perpetrated. We know. Milk will be drank.
One person shot was not a member of any club but yet a receipient of a purple heart and a marine corp vet…UNARMED… Shot in head by police for no reason. Its plain BS.
Bandidos have always wanted to be outlaws …. come on people look at there history good grief…. they are thugs….. with those attitudes of I have your back at all times… these are there sort of mottos I here ……. That IS a Gang…… cant any of these chicken heads fight his own fight
Been reading all the comments here and SMH!!!
DON’T YOU PEOPLE SEE the bigger picture and how this fits into THE BIGGER LONG TERM STRATEGY to take down America???
Look at ALL the events (and the 10’s of 1000’s of YouTube Videos and blog posts about them – go do a search on YT for “police brutality”) that all add up to exactly what the elite bastards running the show and wanting TOTAL control of everything and everyone ultimately want. Is it not obvious to at least SOME OF YOU that the American people are intentionally being made to hate each other and ALL of them to hate the cops and that the cops (being set up as pawns as well) are being trained to have an “us against them” mentality rather than “serve and protect”
?????????????????????????????????????????????????
WAKE UP AND SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE!!! There is a nation wide (actually global) agenda at play here coming from on high. They WANT civil uprising, civil disobedience, racial , religious, lifestyle hatred and even all out civil war between as many groups as possible. THEY WANT CHAOS!!! ….BECAUSE their agenda for full spectrum domination and control over everyone and everything is base on “ordo ab chao” – go look it up!!!
For all those who lost loved ones my most sincere condolences. I’m NOT trying to diminish the seriousness of this tragic event at all, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE…. start seeing the bigger, long term and VERY strategic agenda that is at play here!!!
