Was the Waco Shoot-out a gunfight between rival gangs or an ambush laid by law enforcement? Police are monopolizing the testimony but the evidence suggests a barroom brawl became a pretext to kill or arrest club officers, essentially grassroots organizers, now charged with “organized crime”. Investigators can litter the crime scene with brass-knuckles, knives and wallet chains, but the shell casings are going to be police issue. Motorcycle headlights were on, indicating club members were trying to leave. Police claim that the brawlers redirected their fire toward officers, but did that happen while the bikers were trying to ride off? Because riding requires both hands. This gangland “shoot-out” was a St Valentine’s Day Massacre executed by cops.

It’s described as being a gang shoot-out, but what happened in Waco is still shrouded in the fog of the official POV. Did motorcycle club members shoot at each other? They’re unavailable for interviews, locked up on million dollar bonds. The Twin Peaks restaurant claims the shooting started outside. The only witnesses reaching reporters are the sergeant giving the press briefing and undercover cops purporting to describe the tensions between the “gangs”. By my reading, informant provocateurs incited trouble by “rocking” patches which claimed the territory of “Texas” for the Cossacks Motorcycle Club.
Something like three dozen undercover officers were monitoring the usually uneventful bi-monthly meeting of the Confederation of Clubs and Independents, in anticipation that the “Texas” patch would offend the Bandidos MC. They were able to respond within 45 seconds of the alleged altercation. What might have been an unremarkable barroom brawl, if even that was not contrived, turned into an ambush that killed nine and wounded eighteen. Zero officers were hit and I will bet every bullet was theirs.
Let’s say the melee happened as the police and media describe. Why the blackout on the club affiliations? Why are the 170 arrestees being detained on a million dollar bond each? Why aren’t reporters challenging the police narrative? Witnesses assert that at least four of the dead were killed by police. How long before we learn how many undercover officers had fired their guns?
The media is making much of the anticipation that fellow gang members are converging on Texas to avenge their comrades. I think the police know that it’s themselves who are the targets of the bikers’ vengeance.
No doubt one can say the bikers were not boy scouts, but have you seen the photos? These “gangs” wore their colors, in this case patches, like boy scout badges. And everyone in uniform creased jeans and leather vests as tidy as bowling shirts. Did you see the mugshots? If you look past the long hair and tattoos you’ll note everyone is clean shaven. This was a Sunday outing. These are family men and women, not gang members. The Cossacks are a “Harleys Only” motorcycle club for God’s sake!
Police aren’t naming the “gangs” involved in what’s being called the “Waco Shoot-out”. Because they are motorcycle clubs, for one, and because the only gang deserving of the notoriety is really the police.

One of the Dead was a good friend of mine, He is in the picture lying behind his bike, I have the same picture without the plastic sheets over the bodies. It shows him lying in a pool of blood on his back and his Cut (Vest) is still buttoned up. That tells me that he never drew a weapon, because it was most likely in his vest inside pocket….. Also another Biker’s sister that I am friends with tells me that her brother was also shot there and his weapon (which he carried legally) was still holstered as well…They were all slaughtered, plain and simple.
I rolled with the Bandidos back in the early 70’s and they were a bunch of descent people.

I have known many members of the Bandidos MC in different parts of the country. Yeah their like all one percenter clubs, all for one and one for all. I’ve been around clubs all my life and yes I have also worn a patch, so what my dad was President of the Golden Arrow MC on the East Coast back in the fifties. I know most of the people wouldn’t even know of that club unless you had talked with your parents or grandparents. It took many years before the AMC would recognize them because they didn’t fit what the AMC considered an acceptable group of riders so what!!! They got together with each other and went on runs enjoying the brotherhood, any one see anything wrong with the picture, what’s new? Will we ever get the truth of what happened, NO that won’t make good headlines.
There are several things that did and did not happen that day. First thing that did not happen is I did not know there was a CoC meeting that day or I may have been there because my MC is a member of the CoC. I may have been one of the bikers in jail or dead. The big thing is I am not a bad guy nor do I run with bad guys. I am a licensed aircraft electrician and have been for over 30 years. I have a family and am not an animal like some of the folks in this post would think. We get together because we love to ride. Hot, cold, sunny, rain, calm, windy, we ride. As a club, we ride and for that we are looked down on. Why? Because you don’t understand us. I don’t care if you do. What I do see is a lot of judging going on. I saw the photos too. I didn’t see any guns anywhere near the bodies nor did I see shell casings. I saw bikers trying to ride out like the one pictured above. It takes both hands and both feet to ride out. I get so sick of people downing BIKERS AND MC’S.When I was 10 my Dad died a club moved in a block behind us.My cousin was in the club.These fellas took a 10 yr old girl under their wing.My job was to clean sun glasses.Man did my hands get tired.lol But they paid be a buck a pair! One time they had a complaint about the bikes and since it was a rental property they got a rough time given so MOM told them they could park in our back yard…NO HOLE SHOTS PLEASE! The fellas not only obeyed but when the last bike was to leave a Biker came to the door and handed her money,she tried to refuse it but he said the club was greatful and would not take no for a answer.We never had a problem with them.I guess if you treat people the way you would like to be treated maybe no one would have a problem.

I have been riding in clubs for 15 years, hung around them since I was 12 years old, I am now 58. Yes I have witnessed all of the things talked about here. “CLUBS are CLUBS” not gangs. Gangs are for the unlawful, disrespectful and lack of respect for the human life and all others. “Clubs” are organized and work to a degree of respect within, if you don’t bother them they will not bother you.
