YES, and there are multiple forms of discrimination against the non Jewish in almost every way, and that includes who gets the choicer jobs, too.
In Old South USA, Blacks were systematically kept out of choice employment, and instead had to take the jobs of picking up the garbage, cleaning the poop of old people and small kids, and doing all the back breaking labor in the fields and doing all the deadly jobs in industry. We can always suspect that the Jewish Final Solution to getting rid of the indigenous population will not be the total elimination of the Palestinians. If all Palestinians were to be totally removed, then who would do the dirty work for the Master Race of only those officially registered to the Jewish religion?

Israel is a parliamentary democracy, not a theocracy, such as those in the Arab world. As for the suggestion of State-sanctioned discrimination, this is detached from the reality of life in Israel. I have Arab friends in Israel working in the construction industry who have become millionaires as a result of their property acquisitions in Israel. Israeli Arabs do experience discrimination, however, it’s no different than what minorities experience in probably every other nation. However, spending a few hours in Israel demonstrates people of all backrounds enjoy all of the facilities, restaurants, nightclubs, buildings equally. The Israeli Declaration of Independence clearly accords equal rights to all citizens of Israel, irrespective of race, religion, gender and sexual orientation and those with grievances have access to the judicial system for addressing issues of discrimination. Allegations of Israel imposing an apartheid form of government is nothing short of nonsensical.

You need to become better informed about what a theocracy is and Israel and its system of governance. A theocracy is a form of government in which a deity is recognized as the state’s supreme civil ruler. The organs of government and state power in Israel neither derive their legal authority from religion or church nor their legitimation from any divine source. State and church are not coequal partners in the governance of Israel. Indeed, all legal powers of the religious institutions and organs are ultimately governed by the State.
