The Bush Administration and US government are promoting a terrorist campaign against supporters of the Bolivian president, Evo Morales. In fact, the US government is promoting and fomenting Civil War there, as it backs Rightist elements that have engaged in racist witch hunts against the indigenous community, whom in their great majority are backers of the ‘Change’ that their current president is trying to bring about.
